My name is Micheala Frizelle, and I am an ITEC Level 3 Complementary Therapist offering reflexology, holistic massage, and The Forget Me Not Experience from my private treatment room in Duston, Northampton.

Each appointment is shaped around you. There is time to talk about how you are feeling, settle into the space, and receive a treatment that feels comfortable and supportive.

The Forget Me Not Experience

A personalised 90 minute treatment designed to give you space to pause, soften, and take the deep exhale you have been needing.

Your 1 hour 45 minute appointment begins with a 15-minute consultation. Your treatment is then shaped around how you are feeling, and what you need on the day. It may draw on massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, facial therapies, and/or gua sha.

Reflexology

A gentle, deeply relaxing treatment using pressure points on the feet. Your appointment includes time to talk through how you are feeling, settle in, and enjoy approximately 60 minutes of reflexology tailored to you.

Holistic Massage

A calming massage tailored to how you are feeling and what your body needs on the day. Your appointment includes time to talk, settle in, and enjoy approximately 60 minutes of holistic massage, with the pressure and areas of focus agreed with you.

My location

My relaxing, secluded home studio in Northamptonshire is a wonderful place to unwind and let your daily stresses wash away. Located on the first floor, the treatment room is surrounded by trees, fields, and parks, creating a wonderful feeling of the sanctuary as you receive professional bespoke treatment.
