Reflexology:time to pause and settle
Reflexology offers you time to step away from the demands of everyday life and settle into a calm, unhurried treatment.
I offer reflexology from my private treatment room in Duston, Northampton. Each appointment includes time to talk about how you are feeling, become comfortable in the space, and receive a treatment shaped around you.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a complementary therapy in which pressure is applied to different points on the feet using the fingers and thumbs.
You remain fully clothed apart from removing your shoes and socks. You will be comfortably supported on the treatment couch while I work on each foot, adjusting the pressure and pace to suit you.
Reflexology is offered as a complementary wellbeing treatment. It is not used to diagnose or treat medical conditions and does not replace medical advice or care.
What happens during an appointment?
Before your appointment, you will receive a Client Consultation Form to complete. This helps me understand any health considerations, how you are feeling, and anything I need to be aware of before your treatment.
When you arrive, there is time to settle in, review your form, and talk through what would feel comfortable and supported that day.
During the treatment, you are welcome to talk, rest quietly, or let me know if you would like the pressure adjusted. There is no expectation that you need to make conversation.
Everyone experiences reflexology differently. There is no particular feeling or response that you need to have for your treatment to have been a worthwhile opportunity to pause and receive care.
Your comfort matters
You are always welcome to tell me if something feels uncomfortable, if there is an area you would prefer me to avoid, or if you need to change your position.
You can always ask me to pause or stop the treatment at any time.
The treatment can be adjusted as we go. This is your appointment, and your comfort will guide the way I work.
Appointment details
Your 75 minute appointment includes time to talk, settle in, and enjoy approximately 60 minutes of reflexology.
Appointment length: 1 hour 15 minutes
Price: £50
Full payment is taken when you book.
All appointments take place in my private, first-floor treatment room in Duston, Northampton.
